To find the top friendliest cities in the world we are talking about, the Condé Nast Traveler site, in collaboration with The Telegraph, conducted a survey of 46,000 tourists to learn about the most pleasant cities in the world. Here are the results:

10. Ubud, Bali – A cultural tourism hub with a plethora of spa hotels.
