Whenever it’s final exam season you have a lot of information on all subjects to study and the truth is that nothing stays with you. Everything becomes tedious and very complicated. You get to the point where studying becomes the frustrating sacrifice you have to make every semester term. That is why we have thought for you of a series of basic tricks that will help you study without having to exert yourself excessively.

1. Go to bed early
There’s no point in studying too late. It is scientifically proven that the human brain after 8 p.m. only retains 20% of the information received.
2. Drink a glass of water before bed
As long as it’s before 11 p.m. so you avoid getting up repeatedly and your sphincter system can relax. This method will help you hydrate your brain and positively affect your metabolism.
3. Don’t overwhelm your memory
Learning is limited to time. In order for your head to retain as much information as possible, you should study intensively for 25 minutes for 5 minutes of rest. 8. Find the main ideas fast
In most books, the main idea is summarized in the first and last paragraphs. A good way to find out is to read these first two paragraphs, so it will be easier for you to find the ideas when you read the full text.
9. Set a manual alarm clock for the day of the exam
Yes, the one your grandmother had at the head of her bed, will now be of great help to you. If you place a digital alarm on your cell phone or wristwatch, you will most likely postpone it every 5 minutes and leave home late, which will prevent you from being fully focused on the learning acquired prior to the exam. If you place an alarm clock a little away from your bed, it will force you to get up to turn it off, but you won’t be able to put it off anymore, you’ll have to get up for real.
10. Turn off your phone
For obvious reasons, you must turn it off or you will never concentrate.
