American illustrator Khoa Ho has a series of beautiful, minimalist posters. Using black and white, he was able to depict the events that gave rise to some of the most famous heroes in the comic book universe.
“Everyone has a memory, a past. It is the driving force behind all our actions in our present, our future.” In the series “Superheroes – Past/Present Series” Khoa dives into the origins of these characters and who they were before they became superheroes to remind us that despite the trials of our past, what we choose to do to move forward is much more important to us and the world.
