I must say that of everything we have read, this hit me the most, and I am one of those people who need coffee to function in the morning… or so I thought. Well, now it turns out that, according to studies, between 8:00 and 9:00 in the morning our body produces large amounts of an energy-regulating hormone called cortisone. If you drink coffee before 9:30 a.m. then your body reduces the production of this hormone and it will impact your energy levels and high stress levels for the rest of the day.
